Friendly staff who go beyond extra miles to help us to resolve numerous problems. We are a group of 3 ladies with a total age of 179 years old, recently retired and just want to enjoy our times. The location is great. It is very central with lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. The General Hospital is within walking distance. One of us injured during our adventurous climb of Hallasan. A friendly young male receptionist who spoke Mandarin Chinese gave us a big bag of ice for cold pack (to reduce the soft tissue imflamation). He also told us that there was a private clinic and a Pharmacy which were adjacent to Hotel Leo. That was great! We are extremely grateful for his help. The engineer was a very friendly and patient man who help us to sort out the safe in our room, parked our car and explained some room facilities we are not familiar. The receptionists at the counter who gave us a very warm welcome after a stressful drive from the Airport. We are not familiar with the road system and didn't expect the traffic in Jeju City was so busy - a shock. I used to drive on the left in UK, so the Korean roads tested my nerve to the extreme. One lady who spoke very fluent English introduced the area to us, eased our nerve and settled us down. We really appreciated that friendly hospitality. The manager again, a very patient man. He gave us a lot of time, helped us to use the car navigation system to find our next destination. The navigation machine did not recognise English address of our place, so he phoned the place to get telephone number, no luck. In the end, one of us asked him to key in Korean and then changed the set up back to English. We manage to drive straight to our next destination without any problems. One major reason we chose Hotel Leo is they offer a room with 3 single beds. For a group of 3, this is really great. There are not many hotels offered 3 beds in a room.

It was my first time (& also a Solo female traveller) in South Korea and the lady front desk receptionist was really helpful, friendly and fluent in English. It was the first time that I experienced such personal interaction service from a hotel staff that i thought it was a standard in South Korea for such warm welcoming service. I booked a double bed and the room was spacious with plenty of sunlight coming into the room, which was really nice. The hotel is near a bus stop, about 5mins walking distance, and the buses brings you to majority of the tourist attractions. As the hotel is close to the Jeju Airport, the airport bus also stops near the hotel which is super convenient if you do not want to hail a cab. Since I do not have a driving license to go around the island, I like that it is so convenient to take buses while staying in Hotel Leo. The breakfast dinning area was kind of small, so if there are alot of guests at the breakfast area, it will be tough to actually get a seat and have a meal. But I choose to take up their breakfast as there are both western and korean food, and I wanted to get a taste of authentic korean food. I would choose to come back to stay here in Hotel Leo if I visit Jeju Island again! Thank you for the great first experience in South Korea.

I love the location ( bus stops, restaurants, Shops are all in the area). few minutes bus or taxi ride from Ferry station and airport. The staff are amazing. The receptionist/concierge speaks fluent English ( which is a relief) very accommodating and took really time to assist and answer all our questions. I believe her name's Helen? Or Nancy. She's the daytime staff in the reception desk. She's from Seoul. She is amazing, knowledgeable of the area. The food at Their Cafe is amazingly delicious. There are a lot of choices. The staff (2) Josephine and the guy( I forgot his name, sorry) was very accommodating, pleasant and made sure that plates were removed and Food were always sufficient. Room is clean. Big space for 2 queen beds. The only one that was missing was the English caption on their TV. My friend and I want to watch Netflix, you tube but no English caption and unfortunately the staff cant figure it out how to add as well. But overall, I will definitely recommend Hotel Leo. Our 3 day stay there was more than satisfactory.

Location is near to Lotte Duty free and Paris Bagguete but we cannot find entrance to Duty free, maybe it's not open on sunday. Food options you have to find in smaller alleys, not much food around hotel strangely. Some 1 way street around the hotel so exit to go to local attraction, car GPS seems like asking us to go round and round. Airport is nearby, 10 mins away. Car valet service here as the carpark is limited, but we don't mind. Collection of car will need a 10 mins call to reception in advance. Junior Suite is bigger than we expected and we love the room. 2 pillow each pax, we love that. Bathroom was unbelievably big too. Would love to come back to stay for sure next time.

It was an incredible stay. The personnel was very helpful and polite. We didn't know we had korean beds (sleeping on the floor) and when we asked to change our room to full-sized beds, they accepted without any trouble and no additional fee was required! The beds were so comfortable, so much so that we wanted to stay in our room all day. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Leo if you decide to visit Jeju Island. It's close to the airport and very accessible to the rest of the island by taxi. The reception will gladly call a taxi for you and a free shuttle from the airport is also available. Thank you Hotel Leo!!!!
